Terms & Conditions
Forza Dance Studios runs in accordance with school term time. Your payment plan covers all fees for the year including all discounts you qualify for. These fees are split into 12 affordable payments, therefore fees are still due during term holidays. These fees are taken out on the 1st of every month.
Forza Dance Studios has codes of conduct for all students, parents, staff and volunteers. We hope all our families act with kindness and respect always, but these codes are here to guide us all.
Our main avenues of communication are email and whatsapp. By enrolling, you are providing consent to be added to our Parent Whatsapp Group (only admin's can send messages). We also have a facebook community group for parents Forza Family for parent discussions- this is super helpful for lift sharing, lost property and event details!
All missed classes must be paid for unless cancelled by Forza Dance Studios in which case sessions will be rescheduled or refunded.
Students must wear appropriate uniform to all sessions. For a full list of uniform please contact us. Students should also bring an appropritae drink such as water.
If your child no longer wishes to attend sessions, please ensure your notice is given before the 1st of the month. No refunds will be given for payments already taken.In order to properly cancel your direct debits, you must contact us. We will not be responsible for any payments taken without notice of cancellation.
